祸福无门，唯人自招。
Misfortunes and happiness are not preordained；
they are created by oneself.
我们常常看到有人运气很好，好事都被他遇上，而有人却总是 走背运，凡事都不顺利。这是什么原因呢？
古圣先贤告诉我们：“祸福无门，唯人自招。这一句话让我们明 白了 ：人生所有的好运和背运，都是我们自己造成的。但是，人都 是父母所生，换言之，人都是情欲的产物，也可以说是欲望催生的 生命体。故此，我们从落入人间的那一刻起，就面临沾染不良品行 的可能，比如自私和贪欲，等等。所以，后天教育就显得尤为重要。
都说父母是孩子的第一位老师，的确如此。父母的言传身教会 自觉或不自觉地、潜移默化地影响着孩子的一生。
出生在什么样的家庭，这是我们自身的因缘果报。古圣先贤又 告诉我们：“积善之家，必有余庆；积恶之家，必有余殃。足见家庭 教育对孩子的成长至关重要！它对孩子将来走好运还是走背运，起 着决定性的作用。
好运和善念善行密不可分，背运和恶念恶行紧密相连。好人是 不起恶念、不动恶行的人。善念善行者，必承好运！
关于“厚积薄发”在企业管理中的应用，我有两点心得分享给 大家。
第一，企业资金的配置决定着企业的生存和发展。用企业资金 量的70%~80%作为不动积蓄，用20%~30%的资金进行投资再创 新，这就叫“厚积薄发”。
第二，企业领导者和管理者以及全体员工在功德力方面的积蓄， 是企业资本积蓄的无形财富。这需要企业领导者以身作则，带领全体员工行善积德，持之以恒，形成厚德，从而“厚德载物”。少私、 寡欲，秉德深厚，载育万物，这也叫“厚积薄发”。
We often see some people with good luck; they are often met with good things. But some people are always with bad luck, everything is not going well. What is the reason for it?
The ancient sages told us that “Misfortunes and happiness are not preordained; they are created by oneself.” This makes us understand: All the good luck and unfortunate in life are caused by ourselves. However, people are born of their parents. In other words, people are the products of passion, and they can also be said the life of lust. Therefore, from the moment we fall into the human world, we carry many undesirable factors. such as selfishness and greed etc. Therefore, education is particularly important.
It is said that parents are the first teachers of their children. That"s true. Both parents will consciously or unconsciously influence the child"s life.
What kind of family we are born into? This is our own retribution. The ancient sages and saints told us: “If you do much good, you will get a good return. If you do much evil, you will get a bad return.” It can be seen that the family education is crucial for the child"s growth! It plays a decisive role in the child"s future good luck or bad luck.
Good luck and good deeds are linked, and bad luck is closely linked to the evil thoughts and bad deeds.
Good people have no evil thoughts and acts. Good people have good ideas and good deeds, and certainly have good luck!
With regard to the application of “Save more, release it slowly”, that is to say, one lays a solid foundation of virtue for himself, his life will be shining in the future in business management. I have two points to share with everyone.
First, the allocation of corporate funds determines the survival and development of the company. Use 70%80% of corporate funds as immovable savings, use 20%30% of funds to re-create investment, which is called “Save more, release it slowly”.
Second, the accumulation of corporate leaders, managers and all employees in the merits and virtues is an intangible warehouse for corporate capital savings. This requires the leaders of the company to set a good example to lead all employees to do good deeds and accumulate virtues, persevere, form a collective virtue, so that “Great virtue bears good wealth”. “Less private, less desires, deeper virtues, and bearing all things”，this is also called “Save more, release it slowly”.
