形容词比较级和最高级的变化规则
一般情况：+er（比较级） +est（最高级）如：tall--taller--the tallest以e结尾的形容词：+r（比较级） +st（最高级）如：nice--nicer--the nicest 3.重读闭音节的形容词：双写尾字母+er（比较级） +est（最高级）
如：thin--thinner--the thinnest
4. 辅音+y结尾的形容词：去掉y +ier（比较级） +iest（最高级）
如：dry--drier--the driest
5. 多音节形容词：在形容词前+more（比较级） +most（最高级）
如：expensive--more expensive--the most expensive
常用不规则变化的比较级和最高级
good--better--best bad/ill--worse--worst
many/much--more--most little--less--least
in/of在最高级句子中的用法
in，of两者都可以用在最高级句子里表示比较范围。
of表示属性，意为“在……当中”，后接复数名词（有时可省略）或代词，句子主语和of后的名词是同类相比，即人与人比较、物与物比较。
如：Tom is the youngest of the three（boys）．
in表示“在……范围”之内，侧重比较的范围，后接单数地点名词。句子主语和in后的名词是人（物）与地点的关系。
如：Tom is the youngest in our class．
