女性的力量（the power of women）
这个话题是我自己最关注的，也是最有感触的，在这一年里发生了很多彰显女性力量的事件。这些事情从不同角度证明了这一主题，同时每一个事件本身都可以从多个角度展开，大家在写作时可以发散开去想。
1、抗疫中的女性力量
全国驰援武汉和湖北的女性达到2.8万人，占到三分之二。成千上万的中国女性用担当和风险换来了山河无恙。
女性医务人员是整个医生和护士队伍的主力。

内卷（Involution）
“内卷化”是指一种社会或文化模式在某一发展阶段达到一种确定的形式后，便停滞不前或无法转化为另一种高级模式的现象。在社会生活的方方面面，人们都谈起了“内卷”。
1、内卷的含义与影响
中文的“内卷”由“内”和“卷”两个字构成，可以更直观地理解为一种自身呈螺旋状的东西，这是一个让参与者陷入困境的过程，他们知道自己不会从中受益。
The Chinese word, neijuan, is madeuo of the character for inside and rolling, and is more intuitively understood as something that spirals in on itself, a process that traps participants who know they won’t benefit from it.
内卷的后果就是，每个人为了达到提高的平均标准，而更加努力，但可获得的资源并没有增长，所以每个人都没有得到相应的回报。
The result (of involution) is usually that everyone puts more efforts to meet the raised standard, but due to the fixed amount of available resources, no one in the competition yields better returns.
做平均值也不是那么容易的事了。
With more and more people opting into this game, the standard of “being average” increases dramatically.
